Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, company or dealership information, account credentials, vehicle requests, vehicle information, messages, demo requests, and other information you submit through our websites, applications, or services.

We may also collect technical and usage information automatically, such as device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring pages, dates and times of access, diagnostic data, and interactions with our services. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to support security, preferences, analytics, and service performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Motosport Software products and services; process vehicle requests and responses; facilitate communications among buyers, sellers, dealers, transporters, and service providers; respond to inquiries; provide customer support; personalize functionality; analyze service performance; prevent fraud and misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We may send administrative, transactional, or service-related communications. Marketing communications may be sent where permitted by law, and you may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.

3. Our Commitment to Protect Personal Information

Motosport Software treats the protection of personal information as a fundamental business obligation. We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing, advertising, solicitation, profiling, data brokerage, or independent commercial purposes.

Buyer contact information and other information that directly identifies a buyer will not be disclosed to sellers, dealers, transporters, other platform participants, or the public. Buyers remain in control of the process and decide whether and when to initiate direct contact with a seller or dealer. A buyer's vehicle request may be presented without the buyer's name, email address, telephone number, or other directly identifying information so that participating sellers or dealers can determine whether they have a relevant vehicle.

Personal information will be disclosed only in the limited circumstances necessary to provide and protect the services, process a transaction requested by the user, comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of users or others, complete an authorized corporate transaction, or carry out the user's express direction or consent.

Certain service providers may process limited personal information solely on behalf of Motosport Software and only to the extent necessary to provide services such as hosting, communications, security, payment processing, vehicle data, analytics, or customer support. These providers are not permitted to use personal information for their own marketing, advertising, or independent commercial purposes and are expected to protect it in accordance with applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Payment card and other financial account information may be collected, processed, and maintained directly by banks or independent payment-processing providers. Motosport Software does not collect or store complete payment card numbers within its own systems.

Except in these narrowly limited operational, user-directed, transactional, or legally required circumstances, Motosport Software will not disclose personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business and legal records, and comply with law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may update certain account information through the service or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may control cookies through browser or device settings, although disabling certain technologies may affect service functionality. Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may submit requests using the contact information below.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, vehicle-data providers, payment providers, dealers, transporters, and other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Motosport Software is not responsible for those practices.

7. Children's Privacy

The services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18, and we do not require general users to provide their age. If we obtain actual knowledge that personal information was collected from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and address the account as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by other appropriate means.

9. Contact Us

Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through the Contact form available on the Motosport Software website. Please include sufficient information for us to identify and respond to your request.
